Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using ZOO IPTV Canada, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
ZOO IPTV provides an internet-based television streaming subscription. A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required. Channel availability may change over time.
Acceptable use
Your subscription is for personal use. Sharing credentials beyond your purchased connections, or reselling without an authorized reseller plan, may result in suspension.
Payment and delivery
Subscriptions are paid in advance by Interac e-Transfer or card. Once payment is confirmed, your activation details are delivered by email, usually within minutes and at the latest within a few hours. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout.
Service changes and availability
Channel lineups, on-demand titles, and features may be added, removed, or changed by content providers at any time, and we may update the service to maintain stability and quality. We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee that every channel or stream will be available without interruption at all times.
Limitation of liability
ZOO IPTV Canada is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer law.
Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be posted on this page with its update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Questions can be sent to support@iptvz.ca.
