Free trial first
We offer a free trial so you can confirm that the service works on your connection and devices before you pay. We strongly recommend testing the trial first.
Refunds
If you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact support@iptvz.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a refund. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the service has been confirmed working.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@iptvz.ca from the address used at checkout and include your order number and a short description of the problem. Our support team responds within 24 hours and will first try to fix the issue, since most reports (app setup, buffering, or device settings) are resolved quickly.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew, so there is nothing to cancel at the end of a term. If you decide not to continue, simply let your subscription expire. You can renew at any time before or after expiry using the same email address.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We are happy to resolve genuine issues directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in the subscription being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
