Our review process
When we receive a valid notice we acknowledge it, review the details, and take appropriate action, which may include restricting access to the item in question while we investigate. We aim to respond to complete notices within a few business days at support@iptvz.ca.
Counter-notifications
If you believe content was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the affected item, and a statement explaining the basis for your belief. We will review counter-notifications in good faith before restoring any access.
Repeat infringers
We take repeated or deliberate infringement seriously. Accounts or partners associated with repeated valid complaints may have their access limited or terminated in line with this policy.
